University Rentals, Inc. is the oldest, privately owned real estate management company in the Near West Side area of Chicago.

All of our properties are owned and managed by the company. We have several outstanding buildings to make your lifestyle everything you want it to be. All of our apartments are two (2) and (3) bedroom units.

• A security deposit is equal to one (1) plus one-half(1/2) the month rental fee.
• The deposit is applied the last month's rent (1 month) of the lease term and the half is (1/2) month is applied toward move-out damages, if any
• Interest is earned on the entire security deposit annually
• There is a one-time application/processing fee of $25 per person in additional to the security deposit
• No pets allowed
• All apartments/buildings are non-smoking
